Thought for the Day

But the beautiful  thing about revision is that after a couple of 
months, the story starts getting tired of being so tightly
 controlled. It wants to mean what it wants to mean, . . . 
so you have a choice: cling to your original conception, . . . 
or give the story some rope. . . .
