A trio of physicists at Tel Aviv University is studying the physics of superconductors and an effect called "quantum levitation", which ought to be the title of a poem. The scientists have posted at their Website a video of that phenomenon that I think more than qualifies as a wonder. Understand it, or not (an explanation is here); it's fascinating.
