The five-minute film below, The Man with the Beautiful Eyes, is an animation of a Charles Bukowski poem.* The animator is Jonathan Hodgson, who also directs; the illustrator, Jonny Hannah. Peter Blegvad and Louis Scendler provide the voices. The short tells the story of a group of boys intrigued by a boarded-up house they have been told to avoid and of what happens when the boys ignore the warning.
