In a creative take on the well-known fairy tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program presents the tale of Snow Byte and the Seven Formats to explain what's involved in preserving data rendered obsolete by new technology. Snow Byte was written by Tess Webre and illustrated by Sara Allen.
