Award-winning independent filmmaker and television producer John D. Scott, founder of Magpie Productions, has created two short films using poems of Elizabeth Bishop. Scott's intention is to make the shorts part of a project he tentatively has titled "Elizabeth Bishop and the Art of Losing".

the sandpiper...it was a little too flashy for my poor old brain but...i did like the person's voice.
