The first day of spring is Wednesday, March 20, which also is opening day in Washington, D.C., of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, which will continue to April 14. Saturday Short is marking the imminent new season and the festival with "Blossom Storm", a celebration of poetry, dance, music, and cherry blossoms, a video presentation from Haiku Chronicles. Enjoy!

So much beauty here.
Lots of things going on to see. I like the blossoms, of course, and the drumming is fun to see too.
