Thursday's Three on Poetry

This edition of Thursday's Three presents a trio of new poetry titles to add to your reading lists.

Gloryland (Turnstone Press, April 15, 2016) by Canadian poet Carla Funk ~ This is Funk's fifth collection, described as "poems for an apocalyptic age". Funk was the City of Victoria's first Poet Laureate.

Four Way Books Page for No Doubt the Nameless

The Doll Collection (Terrapin Books, Early Spring 2016), an anthology of 88 poems, edited by Diane Lockward; introduction by poet Nicole Cooley. Some of the 89 poets whose work is included are Chana Bloch, Kelly Cherry, Denise Duhamel, Patricia Fargnoli, Laurie Kolp, Susan Rich, and Cecilia Woloch. This is Terrapin Books's first published title.
